Manufacturing Capability
Our manufacturing capability consists of internal and outsourced activities. This approach ensures the highest product quality in addition to timely deliveries. All final testing and burn-in is performed within the Newtown facility.
Manitou utilizes the latest electronic manufacturing tools including CAD/solid modeling for all mechanical and PCB designs, MRP for business planning and computer assisted design tools for circuit analysis.
Complete quality control is maintained by practicing business procedures leading towards compliance. Our physical inventory is maintained in a climate controlled stockroom. Product assembly is done in work cells designed to incorporate all necessary materials and WIP (work in progress) staging.
