Manitou Systems Inc. is a global supplier of high power radio frequency (RF), DC & microwave power conversion products and plasma processing tools specifically designed for industrial and scientific applications. Our products are used to power development & manufacturing processes in the semiconductor, flat panel display, industrial thin film deposition, data storage and architectural glass markets. 

A dedicated line of RF amplifier products is also offered to complement scientific exploratory work.

Manitou also offers specialized plasma process research and training tools used in educational and scientific applications.

Founded in 1989 by Steven M. Simons, an RF systems engineer, the new venture began as an engineering consulting business but soon branched out into manufacturing RF power system products of its own design. The flagship of Manitou’s current line is its innovative Helius™ radio frequency power generator.

Manitou also designs, engineers and manufacturers OEM RF and microwave power systems and components for plasma processes including sputtering, chemical vapor deposition (CVD), physical vapor deposition (PVD), etching and plasma cleaning.

Manitou products are sold worldwide through its own direct sales force and a network of independent resellers. Sales centers are located in North America, Europe and Japan.
