Parallel Coax Cable Modules

Parallel Coax Cable Modules enable the use of dual (parallel) coax cables to connect the output of the impedance matching network to a sputtering cathode or other plasma load. This is desirable when there needs to be mechanical flexibility between the match and the sputter gun. Each of the two cables will share the RF circulating currents enabling safe high power operation.
