HELIUS^TM Scientific & Industrial RF Amplifier Systems

The Helius^TM line of RF amplifiers are designed for industrial and scientific applications including  R & D, plasma fusion, ultrasonic/megasonic cleaning and plasma processing. Helius RF amplifier systems include a robust solid state RF power amplifier complete with output power leveling, graphical user display and a fully VSWR protected circuit. Analog & serial (RS232, DeviceNet, ProfiBus) I/Os enable the user to connect this unit to a computer controller/data acquisition module. 

The Helius^TM amplifier line is available in power levels up to 600 watts and fixed frequencies from 500 KHz to 200 MHz. 

Typical AC mains input voltage is 187-240 volts 50/60 Hz single or 3 phase based on model type.
