The Helius HVT RF amplifier components & complete RF generators  are used for high power - high VSWR applications. Their hybrid design (solid state driver & vacuum tube final amplifier) provides robust and reliable power into dynamic loads. Typical loads include driving CO² laser cutting and welding systems and very high power plasma processes such as sputtering and etching.

All models are constructed in a stand-alone electronics rack enclosure. Models with 20kW and higher are manufactured with a remote RF power head connected by a remote cable set up to 70 feet long. This enables the exciter/control cabinet to be placed away from the active plasma system.   These high power RF generators are also available with AC Mains input voltages other than 208 VAC upon special order. Specify AC Mains frequency at the time of order placement.
